腹腔镜病灶切除术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜病灶切除术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的效果。方法选取本院收治的80例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予腹腔镜病灶切除术治疗,试验组给予腹腔镜病灶切除术联合曲普瑞林治疗。比较两组的痛经程度、月经量、性激素水平、复发情况与妊娠率。结果治疗后,试验组的症状严重程度、症状持续时间、月经失血图评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,试验组复发率低于对照组,妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜病灶切除术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病,可有效改善患者的痛经情况,缩短痛经持续时间,减少月经量,改善性激素水平,患者复发率低,对恢复生育功能有重要帮助。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic lesion resection combined with triptorelin in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 80 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic lesion resection,while the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic lesion resection combined with triptorelin.Compare the degree of dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,sex hormone levels,recurrence rate,and pregnancy rate between the two groups.Results After treatment,the severity of symptoms,duration of symptoms,and menstrual bleeding map score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the average levels of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After a one-year follow-up,the recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic lesion resection combined with triptorelin in the treatment of adenomyosis can effectively improve the patient's dysmenorrhea,shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,reduce menstrual volume,improve sexual hormone levels,and have a low recurrence rate,which is important for restoring fertility function.
