摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声对产后胎盘植入术前预处理的临床效果。方法选取40例产后胎盘植入患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组采用米非司酮进行术前预处理,试验组采用高强度聚焦超声进行术前预处理,比较两组的治疗效果及治疗相关指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%、一次清宫成功率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%、60.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组术中出血量、术后24 h出血量少于对照组,人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复正常时间、术后恢复月经时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产后胎盘植入术前采用高强度聚焦超声进行预处理,效果确切,能够明显缩短恢复时间,提高一次清宫成功率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound on pre treatment of postpartum placental implantation surgery.Methods Forty patients with postpartum placental implantation were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received preoperative pretreatment with mifepristone,while the experimental group received preoperative pretreatment with high intensity focused ultrasound.The treatment effects and related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,and the success rate of one-time uterine cleaning was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%and 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the intraoperative and 24-hour postoperative bleeding in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the time for HGG to return to normal and postoperative menstrual recovery was shorter than in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound pretreatment before postpartum placental implantation is effective,can significantly shorten recovery time,and improve the success rate of the first curettage.
