摘 要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合产后盆底康复训练对产后盆底功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的100例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,试验组采用生物反馈电刺激联合产后盆底康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗效果、盆底功能指标及尿动力学指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压高于对照组,阴道持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组最大膀胱容量、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力大于对照组,尿道长度长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合产后盆底康复训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍,效果显著,可有效改善患者的盆底功能与尿动力学指标,建议临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 100 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,while the experimental group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training.Results The treatment effect,pelvic floor function indicators,and urodynamic indicators were compared.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the vaginal systolic pressure and resting pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the vaginal duration was longer than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the pressure of the detrusor muscle at the maximum bladder volume and maximum urine flow rate in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the length of the urethra was longer than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).Conclusion The combination of biofeedback electrical stimulation and postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training has a significant effect on treating postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,which can effectively improve patients'pelvic floor function and urodynamic indicators.It is recommended to promote clinical practice.
