摘　　要：目的评价雌二醇凝胶在宫内节育器取出术子宫颈软化准备中的应用效果。方法选取本院118例行宫内节育器取出术的绝经期女性患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各59例。对照组使用结合雌激素软膏进行术前宫颈准备,研究组使用雌二醇凝胶进行术前宫颈准备,比较两组的宫颈软化程度、取出成功率、疼痛评分及术中出血量。结果研究组的宫颈软化总有效率为96.61%,高于对照组的52.54%(P<0.05);研究组的取出总成功率为100%,高于对照组的93.22%(P<0.05);研究组视觉模拟评分量表评分低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇凝胶应用于宫内节育器取出术中,软化宫颈效果较好,取出成功率高,可减少患者痛苦与术中出血量。Objective To evaluate the effect of estradiol gel in preparation of cervical softening after removal of intrauterine device(IUD).Methods 118 menopausal female patients who underwent intrauterine device removal surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group used conjugated estrogen ointment for preoperative cervical preparation,and the study group used estradiol gel for preoperative cervical preparation.The degree of cervical softening,the success rate of ring removal,pain score and intraoperative bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical softening in the study group was 96.61%,which was higher than 52.54%in the control group(P<0.05);The total success rate of IUD removal in the study group was 100%,higher than 93.22%in the control group(P<0.05);The visual simulation scale score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of estradiol gel in the removal of IUD has a good effect of softening the cervix,a high success rate of removal of the ring,and can reduce the pain of patients and the amount of bleeding during the operation.
