经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对孕晚期孕妇前置胎盘的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对孕晚期前置胎盘孕妇的诊断价值。方法选取本院50例孕晚期疑似前置胎盘孕妇为研究对象,均给予经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较不同检查方法的检出率。结果以病理检查结果为金标准,联合检查的前置胎盘检出率高于经腹部超声、经阴道超声单独检查时(P<0.05);联合检查的完全型、部分型、边缘型、低置胎盘检出率均明显高于经腹部超声、经阴道超声单独检查时(P<0.05)。结论孕晚期疑似前置胎盘孕妇采取经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查,能提高检出率,为后续治疗提供参考,值得推广。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in pregnant women with placenta previa in late pregnancy.Methods 50 pregnant women with suspected placenta previa in the late pregnancy of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examinations.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard,and the detection rates of different examination methods were compared.Results Based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard,the detection rate of placenta previa in the combined examination was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound respectively(P<0.05);The detection rates of complete type,partial type,marginal type,and low placenta in combined examination were significantly higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in pregnant women with suspected placenta previa in the late pregnancy can improve the detection rate and provide reference for subsequent treatment,which is worth promoting.
