宫腔镜联合经阴道超声检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜联合经阴道超声检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血中的诊断价值。方法选取本院285例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,均进行宫腔镜检查、经阴道超声检查。以病理活检结果为金标准,比较两种检查的诊断符合率及诊断效能。结果宫腔镜检查内膜增生诊断符合率高于经阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查的敏感度、特异度、准确率为99.27%、100%、99.30%,高于宫腔镜检查的92.70%、81.82%、92.28%及经阴道超声检查的85.04%、54.55%、83.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合经阴道超声检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血中的诊断效能更好,优于单独检查。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound in abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause,Methods 285 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent hysteroscopy and transvaginal ultrasound examination.Using pathological biopsy results as the gold standard,compare the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic efficacy of the two tests.Results The diagnostic accuracy of endometrial hyperplasia using hysteroscopy was higher than that using transvaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combined examination were 99.27%,100%,and 99.30%,which were higher than 92.70%,81.82%,and 92.28%of hysteroscopy examination and 85.04%,54.55%,and 83.86%of transvaginal ultrasound examination,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound has a better diagnostic efficacy in abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause,and is superior to individual examination.
