摘　　要：目的探讨孕晚期超声多血管血流参数对宫内生长受限胎儿的检测价值。方法选取未开展多血管血流参数检测的30例孕晚期胎儿宫内生长受限孕妇为参照组,开展多血管血流参数检测的30例孕晚期胎儿宫内生长受限孕妇为试验组,另外30例正常孕晚期孕妇为对照组,比较试验组与参照组的妊娠结局、试验组与对照组的血流动力学参数指标。结果试验组双支血管联合应用阳性率高于单支血管(P<0.05);试验组不良妊娠结局发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组大脑中动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数、胎儿脐动脉收缩压与舒张压比值低于对照组,脐动脉、静脉导管、子宫动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数、胎儿脐动脉收缩压与舒张压比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于疑似孕晚期胎儿宫内生长受限孕妇,可通过超声多血管血流参数检测,根据检测结果采取相应干预措施,以改善妊娠结局,保证母婴安全。Objective To exploring the value of late pregnancy ultrasound multi vessel blood flow parameters in detecting intrauterine growth restriction fetuses.Methods 30 pregnant women with intrauterine growth restriction who did not undergo multi vessel blood flow parameter testing in late pregnancy were selected as the reference group,30 pregnant women with intrauterine growth restriction who underwent multi vessel blood flow parameter testing in late pregnancy were selected as the experimental group,and 30 normal pregnant women in late pregnancy were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes and hemodynamic parameters of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The positive rate of combined use of two blood vessels in the experimental group was higher than that of a single blood vessel(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The pulsation index,resistance index,and fetal umbilical artery systolic and diastolic pressure ratio of the middle cerebral artery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the pulsation index,resistance index,and fetal umbilical artery systolic and diastolic pressure ratio of the umbilical artery,umbilical vein catheter,and uterine artery were higher than those in the control group(P<o.o5).Conclusion For pregnant women suspected of late pregnancy with intrauterine growth restriction,ultrasound multi vessel blood flow parameters can be detected,and corresponding intervention measures can be taken based on the test results to improve pregnancy outcomes and ensure the safety of mother and baby.
