阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响。方法选取本院116例妇科疾病患者为研究对象,按照系统随机抽样法分为两组,各58例。参照组进行尿常规检验,试验组清除阴道分泌物后再进行尿常规检验,比较两组的尿常规检验指标水平、检出率及尿液采集标本合格率。结果试验组尿蛋白、尿糖、尿比重、尿胆原、尿胆红素、酮体水平低于参照组,pH高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组尿蛋白、白细胞、上皮细胞、尿红细胞、亚硝酸盐检出率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组尿液采集标本合格率为94.83%,高于参照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科疾病患者清除阴道分泌物后再进行尿常规检验,尿液采集标本合格率更高,检查结果更为准确,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine tests.Methods 116 patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a systematic random sampling method,with 58 patients in each group.The reference group underwent routine urine tests,while the experimental group underwent routine urine tests after removing vaginal secretions.The levels and detection rates of routine urine test indicators,as well as the qualification rate of urine collection samples,were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of urine protein,urine sugar,urine specific gravity,urinary bilirubin,ketone body,and urinary bilirubin in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the pH value was higher than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The detection rates of urinary protein,white blood cells,epithelial cells,red blood cells,and nitrite in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The qualified rate of urine sample collection in the experimental group was 94.83%,which was higher than 79.31%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After clearing vaginal secretions in patients with gynecological diseases,urine routine testing can increase the qualification rate of urine collection samples and provide more accurate results,which is worth promoting and applying.
