摘　　要：目的总结柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗临床多种疾病的经验。方法通过临床实践,分析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗经断前后诸症、头痛、经行前后诸病及梅核气的相关经验,总结此方的用药规律。结果此方集温与清、散与敛、通与补为一体,具有很好的疏肝解郁、通调三焦及镇惊安神功效。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗经断前后诸症、头痛、经行前后诸病、梅核气效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective Summarize the experience of Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell decoction in treating various clinical diseases.Methods Through clinical practice,we analyzed the relevant experience of Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell in the treatment of symptoms before and after menstruation,headache,diseases before and after menstruation,and globus hysteriocus,and summarized the medication rule of this prescription.Result This formula integrates warming and clearing,dispersing and astringent,scattering and restraining,with good effects on soothing the liver,relieving depression,regulating the triple energizer,and calming the nerves.Conclusion Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell decoction is effective in treating symptoms before and after menstruation,headache,diseases before and after menstruation,and globus hysteriocus,which is worth popularizing.
