安宁护理对晚期宫颈癌患者临终期疼痛、主观幸福感及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨安宁护理对晚期宫颈癌患者临终期疼痛、主观幸福感及生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用安宁护理,比较两组的疼痛程度、主观幸福感及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组疼痛数字评分量表评分显著低于对照组,纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组总体健康状况、躯体功能、情感功能、认知功能、角色功能及社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对晚期宫颈癌患者开展安宁护理,可有效缓解患者临终期的疼痛程度,同时提升患者主观幸福感和生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of hospice care on terminal pain,subjective well-being,and quality of life in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods 1o0 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received palliative care.The pain level,subjective well-being,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group had significantly lower scores on the Pain Digital Scale than the control group,and the Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Scale score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the overall health status,physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,role function,and social function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Conducting hospice care for patients with advanced cervical cancer can effectively alleviate the pain level in their final stages,while improving their subjective well-being and quality of life.
