集束化护理在加速康复妇科围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在加速康复妇科围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取68例腹腔镜子宫切除术患者为研究对象,按照掷骰子方法分为对照组32例、观察组36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,比较两组临床相关指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2、6 h视觉模拟评分量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的21.88%(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理应用于加速康复妇科围手术期中,具有较好效果,可改善患者临床指标,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To exploring the application effect of cluster nursing in accelerating rehabilitation of gynecological perioperative period.Methods 68 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group of 32 cases and an observation group of 36 cases using the dice rolling method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received cluster care.Clinical related indicators,pain levels,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter surgical time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative bedridden activity time,and hospital stay compared to the control group,with less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group(P<0.o5);The visual simulation scale scores of the observation group at 2 and 6 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than the 21.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in accelerating rehabilitation gynecological perioperative period has good effects,can improve clinical indicators of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worth promoting and applying.
