摘　　要：本文定性分析和研究了构建一体化绿色能源基地的必要性,分析了电煤供需矛盾突出等制约一体化绿色能源综合基地构建的诸多因素,提出了“煤电+减碳、煤炭+新能源、制氢产业”等一体化绿色能源综合基地的基本构建思路和保障措施。促进煤炭经济转型升级,提升煤炭利用水平,发挥多能互补优势,推动能源结构转型,助力“双碳”目标实现。Guided by the goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,conducting research on the path of regional transformation of coal resources and building an integrated green energy comprehensive base is necessary for the low-carbon and high-quality development of the coal economy and the transformation of traditional energy.This article qualitatively analyzes and studies the necessity of building an integrated green energy base,analyzes the many factors that restrict the construction of an integrated green energy comprehensive base,such as the prominent contradiction between electricity and coal supply and demand,and proposes the basic construction ideas and guarantee measures of an integrated green energy comprehensive base,such as“coal electricity+carbon reduction,coal+new energy,and hydrogen production industry”.Promote the transformation and upgrading of the coal economy,improve the level of coal utilization,leverage the complementary advantages of multiple energy sources,promote the transformation of energy structure,and help achieve the“dual carbon”goal.
