摘　　要：本文从设计和节能减排措施的角度,对污水处理厂改扩建工程进行分析,通过对污水处理构筑物的参数设计,对相应的建筑、设备和设施节能措施进行对比,并采用适合的节能减排措施,大幅降低能源依赖性和环境压力,打造经济效益与环境效益的双赢局面。This article analyzes the renovation and expansion project of sewage treatment plants from the perspective of design and energy-saving and emission reduction measures,analyzes the parameter design of sewage treatment structures,and compares and analyzes the corresponding energy-saving measures for buildings,equipment,and facilities.By adopting appropriate energy-saving and emission reduction measures,energy dependence and environmental pressure can be significantly reduced,creating a win-win situation between economic and environmental benefits.
