摘　　要：随着医院信息化建设实践的推进,医院信息化建设成为医院高质量发展的关键环节,其重要性和迫切性得到了大家的认同。“十四五”时期是全民健康信息化建设创新引领卫生健康事业高质量发展的重要机遇期,也是以数字化、网络化、智能化转型推动卫生健康工作实现质量变革、效率变革、动力变革的关键窗口期。公立医院高质量发展对医院信息化建设提出了更高要求,而医院信息化建设成效的落实离不开医院信息管理工作的支持,只有做好医院信息管理工作,才能更好地保障医院高质量发展。本文从笔者所在医院信息化建设的基本情况入手,对医院信息化建设存在的问题进行了分析,对医院信息管理工作进行了思考。With the advancement of hospital informatization construction practice,hospital informatization construction has become a key in the high-quality development of hospitals,and its importance and urgency have been recognized by everyone.The"14th Five-Year Plan"period is an important opportunity period for the innovation of national health informatization construction to lead the high-quality development of health care,as well as a key window period for promoting the transformation of quality,efficiency,and motivation in health work through digitization,networking and intelligence.The high-quality development of public hospitals has put forward higher requirements for hospital information construction,and the implementation of hospital information construction effectiveness cannot be separated from the support of hospital information management work.Only by doing a good job in hospital information management can we better ensure the high-quality development of hospitals.This article starts with the basic situation of hospital information construction in which the author works,analyzes the problems in hospital information construction,and ponders on hospital information management work.
