摘　　要：目的 探讨LED黄极光联合他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年3月江门市皮肤医院皮肤性病科门诊面部激素依赖性皮炎患者86例作为临床研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。两组患者均采取常规治疗,对照组采取外用0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础治疗上使用LED黄极光进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后的主观症状、客观体征评分、总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗前的瘙痒、灼热感、紧绷感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、4周的各项主观症状评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组的毛细血管扩张、红斑、丘疹和脓疱评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、4周的各项客观体征评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 LED黄极光联合他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of LED yellow aurora combined with tacrolimus in treating hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis in the department of dermatology and venereology,Jiangmen Skin Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as clinical research objects,divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases each.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with topical 0.1%tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was treated with LED yellow aurora in addition to the basic treatment of the control group.The subjective symptoms,objective sign scores,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of itching,burning sensation,and tightness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The subjective symptom scores of the observation group at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of capillary dilation,erythema,papules,and pustules between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The objective sign scores of the observation group at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion LED Yellow Aurora combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis has significant clinical efficacy.
