虫类药在痹症治疗中的应用探寻

摘　　要：虫类药善通达走窜,能作用于周身经络以攻邪剔络,且善疗顽痹痼疾;痹症皆由于受到风寒湿热诸般邪气,正气受阻,气血瘀滞所造成,病程日久、迁延难愈。古往今来,风湿顽痹多以虫类药配伍施治,获得良效。文章对部分医者关于虫类药治疗痹症的经验进行了总结探讨,列举了在痹症治疗中效果上佳的药组及成方,以虫类药尤擅治疗痰瘀互结类痹症之特点,并以2例病案举隅验证虫类药之于痹症的疗效。同时总结了部分虫类药之于痹症治疗的现代医学研究结果。基于以上总结以期为虫类中药资源的进一步开发应用、药理作用的深入研究以及对痹症的中医临床应用提供参考。Insect medicine is good at wandering,can act on the meridians around the body to attack evil and eliminate evil channels,and is good at treating stubborn diseases.Paralysis is caused by wind,cold,humidity and heat and all kinds of evil qi,hindered righteous qi,stasis of qi and blood,the course of the disease is long,prolonged,and it is difficult to heal,throughout the ages,rheumatic stubborn paralysis is mostly treated with insect drugs to obtain good results.This paper summarizes and discusses the experience of some doctors in the treatment of paralysis by insect drugs,and uses insect drugs to treat the characteristics of sputum and stasis intertwined paralysis,and two cases are used to verify the efficacy of insect drugs in paralysis.At the same time,the results of modern medical research on the treatment of paralysis of some insect drugs are summarized.
