咽立爽口含滴丸联用阿莫西林胶囊对急性咽炎的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的 分析咽立爽口含滴丸联用阿莫西林胶囊对急性咽炎的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年3月于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院就诊的急性咽炎患者98例,依随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各49例。对照组服用阿莫西林胶囊,试验组增用咽立爽口含滴丸。对比两组的炎症指标、症状消退时间、治疗有效率、不良反应。结果 试验组炎症指标优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组症状消退时间短于对照组(P <0.05);试验组治疗有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%(P <0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为8.16%,对照组为6.12%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 咽立爽口含滴丸联用阿莫西林胶囊治疗急性咽炎可改善患者炎症指标、加速症状消退、提高治疗有效率,且不会增加不良反应,疗效理想。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yanlishuang Kouhan Diwan combined with amoxicillin capsule on acute pharyngitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute pharyngitis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received amoxicillin capsules,and the experimental group received Yanlishuang Kouhan Diwan.The inflammatory indicators,symptom resolution time,treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The inflammation index of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Symptom resolution time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of experimental group was 95.92%,which was higher than that of control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 8.16%in experimental group and 6.12%in control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Yanlishuang Kouhan Diwan combined with amoxicillin capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis can improve the inflammatory index of patients,accelerate the regression of symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency,and will not increase adverse reactions,the curative effect is ideal.
