摘　　要：目的 探讨持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果。方法 将阳江市中医医院2021年5月—2022年5月未开展CQI管理设立为对照组,成立CQI管理小组,就对照组管理中存在的问题进行分析、评价并制定CQI措施;将2022年6月—2023年6月应用CQI管理设立为观察组。在两组中各自随机抽取200份消毒样本,比较两组清洗质量、灭菌质量与包装质量合格率;评价两组工作质量情况、理论知识掌握情况、实操技能水平与满意度情况。结果 观察组清洗质量、灭菌质量与包装质量合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组环境质量、设备管理、器械清洗消毒、包装质量、器械发放质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组理论知识与实操技能水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CQI在消毒供应中心管理中应用效果显著,能够有效提升消毒供应中心工作质量,强化消毒供应中心工作人员理论知识与实操技能水平,消毒供应中心应用后满意度高。Objective To explored the application effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)in disinfection supply center management.Methods Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 was set up as a control group,a CQI management group was set up to analyze,evaluate and formulate CQI measures on the problems existing in the management of the control group,and CQI management from June 2022 to June 2023 was set up as an observation group.200 disinfection samples were randomly selected from the two groups to compare the qualified rates of cleaning quality,sterilization quality and packaging quality of the two groups.The quality of work,the mastery of theoretical knowledge,the level of practical skills and the satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The qualified rates of cleaning quality,sterilization quality and packaging quality in observation group were higher than control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of environmental quality,equipment management,instrument cleaning and disinfection,packaging quality and instrument distribution quality in observation group were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the observation group were higher than control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CQI in the management of disinfection supply center is significant,which can effectively improving the quality of disinfection supply center work,strengthening the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of disinfection supply room staff,and obtain high satisfaction after application in disinfection supply center.
