皱缩囊胚移植对胚胎种植及临床结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨皱缩囊胚移植对胚胎种植及临床结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年4月在该中心就诊的囊胚培养过程中时差成像出现皱缩现象患者(囊胚皱缩组)的临床资料,比较其冻融周期单囊胚移植后与对照组(未出现皱缩现象的患者)的妊娠结局情况。结果囊胚皱缩组患者移植后的种植率(45.07%)、临床妊娠率(45.07%)显著低于对照组(59.93%、59.93%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);囊胚皱缩组患者活产率(40.85%)低于对照组(50.68%),流产率与对照组相差不大(9.38%、13.71%),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论囊胚皱缩是一个值得关注的影响胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率的因素。Objective To investigate the effect of shrinkage blastocyst transfer on embryo implantation and clinical outcome.Methods The clinical data of patients with the apperance of shrinkage(the blastocyst shrinkage group)by time-lapse imaging during blastocyst culture in this center from January 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the pregnancy outcome after single blastocyst transplantation in freeze-thaw cycle was compared with that of the control group(patients without blastocyst shrinkage).Results The implantation rate(45.07%)and clinical pregnancy rate(45.07%)in the blastocyst shrinkage group were significantly lower than those of the the control group(59.93%,59.93%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The live birth rate(40.85%)in the blastocyst shrinkage group was lower than that of the control group(50.68%),and the abortion rate was similar to that of the control group(9.38%,13.71%),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Blastocyst collapse is an important factor affecting embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.
