羚角钩藤汤加减联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压临床疗效的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价羚角钩藤汤加减联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法通过中国知网、万方医学数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science等数据库检索文献,纳入从建库至2022年12月发表有关的羚角钩藤汤加减联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压临床疗效的临床随机对照试验的文献,研究者筛选文献后提取相关资料,采用Cochrane系统评价的方法进行文献偏倚风险分析及质量评价,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,研究共纳入1052例患者(试验组525例,对照组527例)。meta分析结果显示:试验组患者的治疗总有效率[相对危险度=1.22,95%可信区间(95%CI)(1.16~1.29),P<0.00001]、收缩压[均方差(MD)=-9.00,95%CI(-10.22~-7.77),P<0.00001],舒张压[MD=-5.56,95%CI(-6.37~-4.75),P<0.00001]均高于对照组。结论羚角钩藤汤加减联合常规降压药物可提高治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效,降压效果明显。Objective To systematically review the clinical efficacy of Lingjiao Gouteng decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Through China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Medical Database,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and other databases were searched and included in the literature of clinical randomized controlled trials on the clinical efficacy of Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of essential hypertension from the establishment of the database to December 2022.After screening the literature,the researchers extracted the relevant information,used Cochrane system review method to analyze the risk of literature bias and evaluate the quality,and used RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of nine articles were included,and 1052 patients were included in the study(525 cases in the experimental group and 527 cases in the control group).Meta-analysis showed that the treatment of patients with treatment group total effective[relative risk=1.22,95%CI(1.16,1.29),P<0.00001],systolic blood pressure[mean square deviation(MD)=-9.00,95%CI(-10.22,-7.77),P<0.00001],diastolic blood pressure[MD=-5.56,95%CI(-6.37,-4.75),P<0.00001]were higher than the control group.Conclusion Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs can improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment of essential hypertension,and the antihypertensive effect is obvious.
