摘  要:有效的有毒气体泄漏扩散抑制方法可以减少液氯槽罐车道路运输事故泄漏后对周围人员生命健康的威胁。运用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,建立了水喷雾抑制氯气泄漏扩散控制模型;采用Fluent软件对水喷雾抑制氯气泄漏扩散行为进行了数值模拟,分析了基于离散相模型(DPM)的不同喷射源类型、位置、数量等关键参数对氯气泄漏扩散抑制效果的影响。结果表明:不同喷射源类型水雾均能对氯气泄漏扩散起到抑制作用,但作用方式不同;在坡道路面设置水雾喷射源对坡道路面的氯气云团扩散具有更好的抑制效果,且随着与罐体距离的缩短,其抑制效果更佳;在坡道路面与平面路面的交界处或附近设置水雾喷射源,对平面路段后方的氯气云团扩散具有较好的抑制效果;随着水雾喷射源数量的增加,水雾对氯气泄漏扩散的抑制作用增强。该研究成果可为液氯道路运输过程中的氯气泄漏扩散应急处置提供理论依据。Much more effective method of suppressing the leakage and diffusion of toxic gas can reduce the threat of leakage accidents of liquid chlorine tank trucks during highway transportation.Firstly,we established a control model to suppress chlorine leakage and diffusion of water spray with the combination of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation theory.Then,we used Fluent software to simulate the beha-vior of suppressing the leakage and diffusion of chlorine by water spray,and calculated the influence of different key parameters,including the type,the location and the quantity of injection sources on the suppression effect of chlorine diffusion based on the discrete phase model(DPM).Finally,we analyzed and evaluated the influence consequence.The results show that different injection source types can play a suppression role to leakage and diffusion of chlorine,but the mode of action is different.Dilution effect of chlorine clouds on slope surface is better when the injection source is on the slope section than flat section.Meanwhile,its controlling effect is better as the distance from the tank is shortened.The injection source set at or near the junction of the slope section and the flat section has a good suppression effect on the chlorine cloud behind the flat section.With the increase of the number of injection sources,the suppression of chlorine diffusion is enhanced.The research results provide a theoretical foundation for the emergency disposal of chlorine leakage and diffusion of liquid chlorine during highway transportation.
