医疗废物流化床焚烧过程中多孔氧化铝床料抑制PAHs生成的机理

摘  要:焚烧是医疗废物处置的主要方法,但在医疗废物焚烧过程中会产生大量的持久性剧毒有机污染物如多环芳烃(PAHs)、二噁英等。提出利用多孔氧化铝替代传统石英砂作为流化床焚烧炉床料,研究了流化床不同运行工况下多孔氧化铝对医疗废物焚烧过程中PAHs生成的影响规律,获得了多孔氧化铝床料抑制医疗废物焚烧过程中PAHs生成的最优工艺参数,并从传热、催化和吸附角度揭示了多孔氧化铝抑制医疗废物焚烧过程中PAHs生成的机理。结果表明:采用多孔氧化铝床料替代传统石英砂床料后,医疗废物焚烧烟气中PAHs浓度和其毒性当量浓度均可以降低50%以上;多孔氧化铝床料主要通过传热、催化和吸附作用降低了烟气中PAHs前驱物的浓度,削减了PAHs的生成;当焚烧温度为800℃、过剩空气系数为1.50时,多孔氧化铝床料抑制烟气中PAHs生成的效果最佳。Medical waste is regarded as hazardous waste,and incineration is widely used for medical waste treatment.However,the medical waste incineration produces secondary pollutants such as heavy metals,PAHs and dioxin.In this study,porous alumina was used as an alternative bed material for replacing the silica,and the inf-luences of the heat transmission,adsorption effect,and catalytic effect of the porous alumina on the PAHs formation were also discussed.The results demonstrate that the gas-and particular-PAHs concentration in flue gas is reduced by more than 50%when the silica bed materials is replaced by the porous alumina.The PAHs reduction is mainly caused by the heat transmission,adsorption effect,and catalytic effect of porous alumina.The optimum operation parameters for PAHs reduction are 800℃and 1.50 excess air coefficient.
