硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎对TG-ab、TPO-ab水平的调控效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎对甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPO-ab)水平的调控效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月收治的50例桥本甲状腺炎患者,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组单用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用硒酵母治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、甲状腺素(T_(4))、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著高于对照组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)、TG-ab、TPO-ab、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎可有 效改善患者的免疫性炎症,提升甲状腺激素水平,调控TG-ab、TPO-ab水平,缓解其临床症状。Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of selenious yeast combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets on the levels of thyroglobulin antibody(TG-ab)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-ab)in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods A total of 50 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis admitted from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with selenious yeast on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4))and triiodothyronine(T_(4))and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),TG-ab,TPO-ab,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)CD25^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer cell(NK)cells in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenious yeast combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis can effectively improve the patients'immune inflammation,improve thyroid hormone levels,regulate the levels of TG-ab and TPO-ab and alleviate the patients'clinical symptoms.
