三仁通腑汤联合针刺治疗湿秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三仁通腑汤联合针刺治疗湿秘的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年3月收治的120例湿秘患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组给予三仁通腑汤联合针刺治疗,对照组给予乳果糖治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、4周,观察组的便秘症状及出口梗阻评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,观察组的直肠排便压大于对照组,直肠排便阈值、排便困难程度评分、便秘患者生存质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)各维度评分及总分低于对照组,排便次数多于对照组,排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三仁通腑汤联合针刺治疗湿秘的效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the Sanren Tongfu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of damp constipation.Methods A total of 120 patients with damp constipation admitted from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Sanren Tongfu decoction combined with acupuncture,the control group was treated with lactulose.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the constipation symptom and outlet obstruction scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the rectal defecation pressure of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the rectal defecation threshold,defecation difficulty score,scores of each dimension of Patient-Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)and total score were lower than those of the control group,the frequency of defecation was more than that of the control group,and the defecation time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Sanren Tongfu decoction combined with acupuncture on damp constipation has remarkable effect.
