补肾化瘀汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征的效果及对神经递质水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾化瘀汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月至2022年4月收治的92例肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加补肾化瘀汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的主症、次症积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的围绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)、改良Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血低切黏度(LBV)、全血高切黏度(HBV)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征效果满意,可降低中医证候积分,提高生活质量,调节血液流变学与神经递质水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huayu decoction combined with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 92 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)and modified Kupperman Menopausal Index(KMI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the low-shear blood viscosity(LBV),high-shear blood viscosity(HBV)and fibrinogen(FIB)level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huayu decoction combined with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has satisfactory effect.It can reduce the score of TCM symptoms,improve the quality of life,and regulate the hemorheology and neurotransmitters levels.
