半导体激光联合揿针治疗中老年带状疱疹的效果

摘　　要：目的探究半导体激光联合揿针治疗中老年带状疱疹(HZ)的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2022年4月我院150例中老年HZ患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C组,每组50例。A组给予常规治疗加揿针治疗,B组给予常规治疗加半导体激光治疗,C组给予常规治疗加半导体激光联合揿针治疗。比较三组的治疗效果。结果C组的治疗总有效率高于A、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,C组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组的疼痛开始减轻时间、水疱开始结痂时间、皮损痊愈时间均短于A、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,C组的阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分低于A、B组(P<0.05)。出院后4、8、12周,C组的带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)总发生率低于A、B组(P<0.05)。三组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论半导体激光联合揿针治疗中老年HZ的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of semiconductor laser combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly herpes zoster(HZ).Methods A total of 150 middle-aged and elderly patients with HZ in our hospital from December 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups A,B and C according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The group A was given conventional therapy plus thumbtack needle,the group B was given conventional therapy plus semiconductor laser,and the group C was given conventional therapy plus semiconductor laser combined with thumbtack needle.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group C was higher than that in the groups A and B(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the group C was lower than that of the groups A and B(P<0.05).The time of pain relief,blister formation and skin lesion healing in the group C were shorter than those in the groups A and B(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)in the group C was lower than that in the groups A and B(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after discharge,the total incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)in the group C was lower than that in the groups A and B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly HZ has significante effect.
