摘 要:目的探讨基于情绪ABC理论的心理护理在老年骨肿瘤保肢术患者中的干预效果及对负性情绪的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月在本院接受保肢术治疗的80例老年骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组干预基础上给予基于情绪ABC理论的心理护理。比较两组的负性情绪、自护能力及自我效能感。结果护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的正性态度、自我决策、自我减压评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于情绪ABC理论的心理护理能改善老年骨肿瘤保肢术患者的负性情绪,提高自护能力与自我效能感。Objective To explore the intervention effect of psychological nursing based on emotion ABC theory in elderly patients with bone tumors undergoing limb salvage surgery and its influence on negative emotion.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with bone tumors who underwent limb salvage surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on emotion ABC theory on the basis of the intervention of the control group.The negative emotion,self-care ability and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of health knowledge,self-responsibility,self-concept and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,self-decision and self-decompression of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on emotion ABC theory can improve negative emotions of elderly patients with bone tumors undergoing limb salvage surgery,and promote their self-care ability and self-efficacy.
