基于改进城市经济引力模型的西藏区县经济协同发展研究

摘　　要：探究西藏自治区各区县之间经济相互联系的关系,发现了衡量西藏县区经济的户籍人口、经济、政府财政、距离等4个主要指标,进而利用西藏自治区70余个区县数据通过arcgis分析人口、城市经济质量、区县财政自给率、点距离,进行加权赋值,建立了西藏各区县城市经济引力综合指标体系。经过数据结果可视化检验分析,该指标体系能够较为真实地反应各区县经济关联关系。分析出各区县经济联系的有利条件和不利条件,依此提出优化西藏自治区各区县经济结构,提高区县经济高质量发展等措施,从而促进西藏自治区优化空间经济结构,更好地助力实现西藏二〇三五年远景目标。Through the exploration of the economic interrelationship of the districts and counties in Xizang Autonomous Region,we found four main indicators to measure the economy of Xizang’s counties,including registered residence,economy,government finance,and distance.Then the data of more than 70 districts and counties in Xizang Autonomous Region was used to analyze the population,urban economic quality,financial self-sufficiency rate of districts and counties,and point distance through ARCGIS,and made weighted assignment to establish a comprehensive indicator system of urban economic gravity in Xizang's districts and counties.After visual analysis of the data results,the indicator system can accurately reflect the economic correlation between different districts and counties.Thus,we can analyze the favorable and unfavorable conditions of the economic relations between the districts and counties,and propose a series of measures to optimize the economic structure and regional economy of the districts and counties of the Xizang Autonomous Region and improve the high-quality,coordinated and concerted development of the district and county economies,so as to promote the optimization of the spatial economic structure of the Xizang Autonomous Region and better contribute to the realization of the long-term goals of Xizang in 2035.
