摘 要:漂浮式海上风电是深远海海域风能资源开发建设的关键技术,也是推动我国新型能源体系建设、落实“双碳”目标的重要举措。相比于陆上风电与近海固定式海上风电,漂浮式海上风电在运输、施工与安装等方面均存在较大差异,目前国内相关技术尚不成熟且成本较高,在一定程度上阻碍了漂浮式海上风电的商业化发展。结合国内外漂浮式海上风电的发展现状,分别对各类装备的运输、施工与安装技术进行了系统总结,展望了漂浮式海上风电施工关键技术的发展趋势,以期为我国未来深远海海域风能资源的开发利用提供必要的指导。Floating offshore wind power is the key technology for the development of wind energy resources in deep-sea areas,and it is also an important measure to promote the new energy system construction in China and implement the goal of“Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”.Compared with onshore wind power and fixed offshore wind power in shallow-sea areas,the floating offshore wind power has great differences in the aspects of transportation,construction and installation.At present,relevant technologies in China are still immature and costly,which hinders the commercial development of floating offshore wind power to some extent.Combined with the development status of floating offshore wind power at home and abroad,the transportation,construction and installation technologies of various equipments have been systematically summarized in this paper,and at the same time,the development trend of key construction technologies of floating offshore wind power has also been prospected,so as to provide necessary guidance for the utilization of wind energy resources in China s deep-sea areas in the future.
