温阳通腑汤治疗功能性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳通腑汤对功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)阳虚兼阴血亏虚证的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将143例患者随机分为治疗组72例、对照组71例。分别予以口服温阳通腑汤、枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片及对症支持治疗。观察两组临床综合疗效、中医证候积分、结肠传输试验积分、临床症状总积分。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为77.1%;治疗后两组患者的中医症状积分、肠传输试验积分、症状积分及复发率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通腑汤能明显改善阳虚兼阴血亏虚型FC患者的临床症状,对患者无毒副作用及不良反应,疗效显著,复发率低,是治疗FC的有效药物。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Tongfu decoction in treating functional constipation with Yang deficiency and Yin blood deficiency syndrome.Methods 143 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 72 cases and a control group of 71 cases using a random number table method.Oral administration of Wenyang Tongfu decoction,Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets,and symptomatic supportive treatment were administered separately.Observe the comprehensive clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,colon transit test score,and total clinical symptom score of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 77.1%;The difference in TCM symptom score,intestinal transit test score,symptom score,and recurrence rate between the two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Tongfu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of functional constipation patients with both Yang deficiency and Yin blood deficiency.It has no toxic side effects or adverse reactions,has a significant therapeutic effect,and a low recurrence rate.It is an effective drug for treating functional constipation.
