大型演习视角下救援队伍能力建设的思考与建议

摘　　要：大型实战化演习致力于提升应急准备,通过模拟真实灾害情景,让队伍在复杂、高强度的环境中进行实际操作和应对,从而提高快速反应能力、应急救援能力以及协同作战能力,确保一旦发生突发事件,能够保持高度的战斗力。本文以“应急使命·2023演习为例”,从大型演习视角出发,围绕救援队伍能力建设提出思考与建议。Large-scale combat-oriented exercises are dedicated to improve emergency preparedness,simulating real disaster scenarios,allowing teams to operate and respond in complex and high-intensity environments,so as to improve rapid response capabilities,emergency rescue capabilities and cooperative combat capabilities,and ensure that in case of emergencies,they can maintain a high degree of combat effectiveness.Taking“Emergency Mission Exercise 2023”as an example,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the capacity building of rescue teams from the perspective of large-scale exercises.
