摘　　要：【目的】目前智能制造技术应用未能精准赋能于电机制造企业的各个核心价值创造环节,导致智能制造技术应用无法充分发挥提升电机制造企业价值创造能力的作用,有必要对电机制造车间进行优化设计,从而打通制造痛点。【方法】基于精益智造模式,对电机金加工车间建立总体设计模型、工程设计模型、工艺流程与布局模型及精益智造控制系统,实现智造技术的增值和企业价值创造的融合。【结果】在金加工车间设计投产后,可满足市场对多规格、小批量的柔性化生产要求,从而实现电机生产高自动化、高质量化、高效率化。【结论】车间设计方案入选中华人民共和国工业和信息化部的超高效永磁电机及控制系统智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用项目,为电机制造企业实现高价值,促进高质量发展提供技术支持。[Purposes]The current application of intelligent manufacturing technology can not accurately endow each core value creation link of motor manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to opti⁃mize the design of the motor manufacturing workshop in order to solve the manufacturing pain point.[Methods]Based on the lean intelligent manufacturing model,the overall design model,engineering de⁃sign model,process flow and layout model and the lean intelligent manufacturing control system are es⁃tablished for the electrical machine shop,in order to realize the value-added of intelligent technology and the integration of enterprise value creation.[Findings]The requirements of the market for flexible production with multiple specifications and small batches were met to achieve high automation,high quality and high efficiency of the motor production.[Conclusions]The workshop design is included in the project of Integrated Standardization and New Mode application of intelligent manufacturing for ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet motor and control system of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China,which provides technical support for motor manufacturing enterprises to achieve high value and promote high-quality development.
