摘　　要：【目的】为解决地方经济发展需求和企业维权需求,探索建立区域“驰名商标培育名录”。【方法】参照其他省市和国家级行业协会的积极尝试,就探索建立区域“驰名商标培育名录”提出科学合理的评价方案,并对驰名商标培育名录建设后的运用场景提出设想。【结果】制定河南省驰名商标培育名录评审标准,通过细化权重,搭建河南省驰名商标培育名录发展“三级梯次培育”目标。【结论】为解决河南省驰名商标培育名录建设方案的顶层设计问题提供参考。[Purposes]This paper aims to solve the needs of local economic development and enterprise rights protection,explore the establishment of a regional"well-known trademark cultivation list".[Meth-ods]Referring to the active attempts of other provinces and cities and national industry associations,a scientific and reasonable evaluation scheme was proposed to explore the establishment of a regional"well-known trademark cultivation list",and the application scenario of the well-known trademark culti-vation list was proposed.[Findings]The evaluation criteria of Henan Provincial well-known trademark cultivation list were established,and the goal of"three echelon cultivation"was set up by refining the weights.[Conclusions]It provides reference for solving the top-level design of the construction scheme of Henan Province famous trademark Cultivation list.
