新时代高等教育教材现状分析与发展慎思——基于首届全国教材建设奖的分析研究

摘  要:全国教材建设奖是我国教材领域的最高奖项,等同于国家教学成果奖。首届全国教材建设奖集中展示了党的十八大以来我国教材建设领域所取得的优秀成果,引领着我国教材建设未来发展方向。对首届全国教材建设奖高等教育类获奖教材进行分析,结果表明获奖教材主要来自东部地区,北京占比接近三成。获奖教材呈现完成单位单一性特点,“双一流”建设高校成为编写主体。获奖教材以独著和高校独立完成为主,绝大部分由中央部委或高校主办出版社出版。获奖教材以新教材为主,但新形态教材偏少。面向新时代,建议从严要求、建机制、强能力、促变革、固保障等方面入手,努力做到“四个全面”,增强教材建设的政治性、规范性、科学性和时代性,加快构建形成中国特色高质量教材体系,推动高等教育教材高质量发展。As the highest award in the field of teaching materials,the National Textbook Construction Award is similar to the National Teaching Achievement Award.The First National Textbook Construction Award focuses on the excellent achievements made in the field of textbook construction in China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and leads the future development of textbook construction in China.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the winning textbooks of the First National Textbook Construction Award for higher education,it is found that most of the winning textbooks come from the eastern regions,with Beijing accounting for nearly 30%.The award-winning teaching materials show the characteristics of independent completion by a single unit,and the“double first-class”construction universities have become the main body of compilation.The award-winning textbooks account for a large proportion of independent works,which are mainly completed by colleges and universities,and most of them are published by publishing houses sponsored by central ministries and commissions or colleges and universities.The award-winning textbooks are mainly newly-compiled textbooks but in shortage of new forms.Facing the new era,it is suggested to start from aspects of tightening demands,setting up systems,strengthening capacity,promoting reform,and consolidating insurance to achieve the fulfillment of“Four Comprehensive”,so as to strengthen the political,normative,scientific and contemporary nature of textbook construction and promote the high-quality development of higher education textbooks.
