摘 要:为了研究不同配重压路机对路基压实度与压路机碾压遍数关系的影响,以沪陕高速公路合肥至大顾店段改扩建工程为依托,对3个标段的8个断面进行不同配重压路机的压实度与碾压遍数关系测试。现场实测发现:28 t重型压路机振动碾压4遍后压实度可超93%、碾压6遍后压实度可超94%、碾压8遍后压实度可超96%;22 t常规压路机振动碾压5~6遍后压实度可超93%、碾压7~8遍后压实度可超94%、碾压9~11遍后压实度可超96%。得出了不同配重的压路机达到目标压实度所需碾压遍数的经验值。In order to study the influence of different weight rollers on the relationship between subgrade compaction degree and rolling times of roller,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Hefei-Dagudian section of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway,the relationship between compaction degree and rolling times of different weight rollers was tested on 8 sections of 3 bid sections.The field measurement shows that the compactness of 28 t heavy roller can exceed 93%after 4 times of vibration rolling,94%after 6 times of rolling,and 96%after 8 times of rolling.The compactness of 22 t conventional roller can exceed 93%after 5 to 6 times of vibration rolling,94%after 7 to 8 times of rolling,and 96%after 9 to 11 times of rolling.The empirical values of the number of rolling passes needed to achieve the target compaction degree for different roller weights were obtained.
