摘 要:由于现行的桥梁现浇箱梁施工工艺存在一定的缺陷与不足,箱梁力学性能较弱,并且位移变形量较大,无法保证施工质量,因此探讨满堂支架法在C匝道桥现浇箱梁施工中的应用。以七里岗服务区提质升级工程为工程背景,结合该工程实际情况,通过施工准备、支架基础处理及安装、混凝土浇筑及养护、模板及支架拆除,完成基于满堂支架法的现浇箱梁施工。通过对桥梁箱梁质量检验可知:箱梁抗弯强度、抗剪强度以及承载力均符合规范要求,并且位移变形量比较小,具有良好的施工效果,满堂支架法在现浇箱梁施工方面具有良好的应用前景。Due to some defects and deficiencies in the current construction technology of cast-in-situ box girder of bridge,the mechanical properties of the box girder are weak,and the displacement and deformation are large,which can not guarantee the construction quality.Therefore,the application of full support method in the construction of cast-in-situ box girder of C ramp bridge is discussed.Taking the quality improvement and upgrading project of Qiligang service area as the project background,combined with the actual situation of the project,the cast-in-place box girder construction based on the full support method was completed through construction preparation,support foundation treatment and installation,concrete pouring and maintenance,formwork and support removal.Through the quality inspection of the bridge box girder,it can be seen that the bending strength,shear strength and bearing capacity of the box girder meet the requirements of the specification,and the displacement and deformation are relatively small,which has a good construction effect.The full support method has a good application prospect in the construction of the cast-in-place box girder of the bridge.
