摘  要:为了降低软弱围岩偏压连拱隧道施工风险预测误报率与耗时,提升预测精准度,需要研究一种适合软弱围岩偏压连拱隧道施工风险精准预测的模型。提取软弱围岩偏压连拱隧道施工风险预测因素,依据隧道的施工实况制定风险分级预测标准,布设隧道监控节点,获取监测数据。利用监测数据构建梯形风险预测矩阵,采用随机森林实现软弱围岩偏压连拱隧道施工风险精准预测模型构建。以江西省萍乡中环路安源隧道项目作为测试的对象,测试结果表明,经过4个路段的测定分析,软弱围岩偏压连拱隧道施工风险预测的误报率均控制在10%以下,预测精准度平均值为91.8%,预测耗时平均值为58.2 ms。In order to reduce the false alarm rate and time-consuming of construction risk prediction of eccentric pressure multi-arch tunnels with weak surrounding rocks and improve the prediction accuracy,it is necessary to study a model suitable for accurate prediction of construction risks of eccentric pressure multi-arch tunnels with weak surrounding rocks.The construction risk prediction factors of the eccentric pressure multi-arch tunnel with weak surrounding rock are extracted,and the risk classification prediction standard is formulated according to the actual construction of the tunnel,and the monitoring nodes of the tunnel are arranged to obtain the monitoring data.The trapezoidal risk prediction matrix is constructed by using the monitoring data,and the random forest is used to realize the construction of an accurate prediction model for the construction risk of the eccentric multi-arch tunnel with weak surrounding rock.Taking the Anyuan Tunnel Project of the Middle Ring Road in Pingxiang,Jiangxi Province as the test object,the test results show that after the measurement and analysis of 4 road sections,the false alarm rate of the construction risk prediction of the eccentric pressure multi-arch tunnel with weak surrounding rock is controlled below 10%.The average accuracy is 91.8%,and the average prediction time is 58.2 ms.
