摘　　要：对解决高速公路通行失信行为取证系统规范化问题进行了需求分析,说明了现有标准规范无法满足高速公路管理要求的问题,提出高速公路通行失信行为取证系统规范体系框架,提出了规范的主要内容。This article conducts a demand analysis on the standardization of the evidence collection system for dishonest behavior in highway traffic,explaining that existing standards and specifications cannot meet the requirements and problems of highway management.It proposes a framework for the standardization system of dishonest behavior in highway traffic,and describes the main content of normative research.
