摘 要:根据《关于消耗臭氧层物质的蒙特利尔议定书》(简称《蒙特利尔议定书》)等相关公约,氯氟烃等具有消耗臭氧层活性化合物的使用与排放受到了严格的限制。作为氯氟烃类化合物的潜在替代品,氢氟醚类化合物的消耗臭氧潜能值为零,且较易与空气中的OH自由基反应,大气寿命较短,有着更低的全球增温潜能值,其在传热介质与电子设备清洗等领域有着较大的应用价值。本文综述了氢氟醚类化合物常见的几种制备方法,包括全氟化酰基氟或全氟酮的烷基化反应,含氟烯烃的加成反应、氟烯醚的氟化反应,对其优缺点进行了分析,并对其在浸没液冷等领域的应用提出了新的展望。According to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer(referred to as the Montreal Protocol)and other relevant conventions,the use and emission of chlorofluorocarbon and other compounds with ozone depleting activity have been strictly restricted.As a potential substitute for chlorofluorocarbons,hydrofluoroether compounds have zero ozone depletion potential and are easy to react with OH free radicals in the air.They have a shorter atmospheric life and lower global warming potential.And they have significant application value in fields such as heat transfer media and electronic equipment cleaning.This paper reviews several common preparation methods of hydrofluoroether compounds,including the alkylation of perfluoroyl fluoride or perfluorone,the addition reaction of fluorinated olefins,and the fluorination of fluoroene ethers,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and proposes new prospects for their application in fields such as immersion liquid cooling.
