摘  要:目的:建立并优化气相色谱法同时测定医药化工废溶剂中常见8种低沸点溶剂含量的方法。方法:采用SH-Rxi^(TM)-1ms色谱柱,进样量为0.3μL,流速为2.25 mL/min,柱箱程序升温,氢火焰离子检测器(FID)温度为280℃,依据各组分的色谱峰面积进行归一法定量。结果:8种低沸点组分峰型较好,组分间的分离度(USP)均大于1.5,整体分析时长小于12 min,各组分平均回收率在97.15%~102.5%之间,RSD在0.08%~0.44%之间。结论:该方法简便、准确可靠、经济实用,适合医药化工行业单种或多种组分的废溶剂成分测定及其再生成品的纯度分析。Objective:To establish and optimize the method of gas chromatography for the simultaneous determination of eight common low boiling solvents in pharmaceutical and chemical waste solvents.Methods:SH-Rxi^(TM)-1ms column was used with injection volume of 0.3μL,flow rate of 2.25 mL/min,column box temperature increased,hydrogen flame ion detector(FID)temperature was 280°C,and normalized according to the chromatographic peak area of each component.Results:The peak type of eight low boiling point components was good,the resolution degree(USP)between components was greater than 1.5,the overall analysis time was less than 12 min,the average recovery rate of each component was between 97.15%~102.5%,and the RSD was between 0.08%~0.44%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,reliable,economical and practical,and is suitable for the determination of waste solvent components of single or multiple components in pharmaceutical chemical industry and the purity analysis of their regenerated products.
