电神经肌肉刺激联合肌筋膜松解治疗阴道口闭合不全的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价电神经肌肉刺激联合肌筋膜松解应用于阴道口闭合不全患者中对其病情改善效果的影响。方法选取80例阴道口闭合不全患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组应用电神经肌肉刺激联合凯格尔(Kegel)家庭训练治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合肌筋膜松解治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率(100%)高于对照组(85.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组会阴裂伤率低于对照组,经治疗后阴道口小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电神经肌肉刺激、凯格尔家庭训练同时结合肌筋膜松解治疗阴道口闭合不全,可提高整体疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of electric neuromuscular stimulation combined with myofascial release on the improvement of the condition of patients with malocclusion of the vaginal opening.Methods 80 patients with vaginal orifice imclosure were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electric neuromuscular stimulation combined with Kegel home training,and the experimental group was treated with myofascial release based on the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group(1oo%)was higher than that of control group(85.00%),and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The perineal laceration rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the vaginal opening after treatment was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electric neuromuscular stimulation and Kegel home training combined with myofascial release in the treatment of vaginal orifice insufficiency can improve the overall outcome.
