米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留的临床效果。方法选取60例人工流产术后宫腔残留患者,利用抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取清宫术治疗,观察组采取米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素及卵巢功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%与对照组的100%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血人绒毛膜促性腺激素低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留效果确切,可作为优选治疗手段推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine cavity residual after induced abortion.Methods 60 patients with residual uterine cavity after induced abortion were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each by drawing lots.The control group was treated with uterine clearing and the observation group was treated with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,vaginal bleeding time,menstrual rehydration time,human chorionic gonadotropin and ovarian function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%compared with 100%of the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The vaginal bleeding time and menstrual rehydration time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum human chorionic gonadotropin between the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone is effective in treating uterine cavity residual after induced abortion and can be used as a preferred treatment.
