观察综合护理配合中药封包、中药熏足对产妇产后康复的改善效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理配合中药封包、中药熏足对产妇产后康复效果的影响。方法选取70名产妇,根据双色球法分为对照组与观察组,每组35名。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合综合护理、中药封包、中药熏足。比较两组产妇康复效果。结果观察组产后泌乳时间、子宫入骨盆时间及恶露消失时间分别为(2.6±0.6)d、(6.7±1.6)d、(20.1±4.0)d,对照组分别为(5.0±1.3)d、(10.4±2.2)d、(24.5±3.6)d,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组宫底高度较对照组低,恶露总量较对照组少(P<0.05);观察组产后泌乳量多的产妇比例高于对照组,泌乳量少的产妇比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产后康复护理中,通过综合护理配合中药封包与中药熏足,有利于提升产妇产后子宫复旧,缩短产妇产后恢复时间,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation and Chinese medicine fumigation on postpartum rehabilitation.Methods 70 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the two-color sphere method,with 35 in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with comprehensive nursing,Chinese medicine encapsulation and Chinese medicine fumigation.The results of maternal rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results Postpartum lactation time,uterine entry time and lochia disappearance time were(2.6±0.6)d,(6.7±1.6)d and(20.1±4.0)d in the observation group,and(5.0±1.3)d,(10.4±2.2)d and(24.5±3.6)d in the control group,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fundal height of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the total lochia was lower(P<o.05).The proportion of parturients in the observation group with more milk was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of parturients with less milk was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In postpartum rehabilitation nursing,comprehensive nursing combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation and Chinese medicine fumigation can help improve postpartum uterine rehabilitation and shorten postpartum recovery time,which has clinical promotion value.
