米非司酮联合间苯三酚在绝经后妇女取环术中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合间苯三酚在绝经后妇女取环术中的临床疗效。方法选取120例接受取环术的绝经后妇女,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组患者采用米非司酮治疗,研究组患者采用米非司酮联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组患者的宫颈软化程度、取环时间、取环出血量、疼痛程度及取环效果。结果研究组患者宫颈软化有效率100%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组取环时间短于对照组,取环出血量少于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,一次性取环成功率96.67%高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合间苯三酚可以促使绝经后妇女取环术中宫颈软化,提高一次性取环成功率,取环效果显著,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol in postmenopausal women.Methods 120 postmenopausal women were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol.The degree of cervical softening,the time,the amount of bleeding,the degree of pain and the effect were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of cervical softening in the study group was 100%higher than that in the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of ring extraction in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of ring bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of one-time ring extraction was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(78.33%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol can promote cervical softening and improve the success rate of onetime ring removal in postmenopausal women,The effect of ring removal is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
