分析比较经腹部彩超及经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析比较经腹部彩超及经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法选取50例子宫肌瘤患者,均实施经腹部彩超和经阴道彩超,以手术病理诊断结果为金标准,比较经腹部彩超和经阴道彩超的诊断情况。结果经腹部彩超和经阴道彩超在黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤、肌壁间肌瘤诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率(98.00%)高于经腹部彩超(84.00%),且漏诊率(2.00%)低于经腹部彩超(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率比经腹部彩超更高,漏诊率更低,有利于尽早明确患者的病情,及时采取相应的治疗措施,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and compare the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods 50 patients with uterine fibroids were selected to undergo transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasound.The diagnosis of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color ultrasound were compared according to the surgical and pathological diagnosis results.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rates of submucosal myoma,subserous myoma and intermyoma between transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasonography(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography(98.00%)was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography(84.00%),and the rate of missed diagnosis(2.00%)was lower than that of transabdominal ultrasonography(16.00%),with statistical significance(P<o.05).Conclusion The accuracy rate of diagnosis of uterine fibroids by transvaginal color ultrasound is higher than that by transabdominal color ultrasound,and the rate of missed diagnosis is lower,which is conducive to clarifying the condition of patients as early as possible and taking corresponding treatment measures in time,and is worthy of clinical promotion,
