安全护理管理模式在手术室妇产科手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨安全护理管理模式在手术室妇产科手术中的应用效果。方法选取70例妇产科手术患者,通过动态化随机分组的方式将其分为两组,35例/组。对照组与观察组分别选择常规护理、安全护理管理模式干预。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组操作规范、消毒隔离、器械准备评分均明显高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,护理满意度94.29%高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论安全护理管理模式可改善手术质量,有效提高护理质量,还能够改善患者负性情绪,使妇产科手术患者获得良好的护理效果,整体效果佳,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of safe nursing management mode in obstetrics and gynecology operation in operating room.Methods 70 cases of gynecological surgery patients were selected and divided into two groups by dynamic randomization,35 cases/group.Control group and observation group selected routine nursing and safe nursing management mode intervention respectively.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of operation standard,disinfection isolation and equipment preparation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was 94.29%higher than 77.14%(P<0.05).Conclusion Safe nursing management model can improve the quality of surgery,effectively improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the negative emotions of patients,so that obstetrics and gynecology surgery patients get a good nursing effect,the overall effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
