人性化护理在宫颈炎患者护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究人性化护理在宫颈炎患者护理中的效果。方法选取124例宫颈炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各62例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用人性化护理。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度、不良情绪、不良反应发生情况、复发率及生活质量。结果观察组护理总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的87.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在宫颈炎患者护理中的效果优于常规护理,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with cervicitis.Methods 124 patients with cervicitis were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,adverse mood,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,higher than that of the control group(87.10%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores were lower than that in the control group,and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized nursing in the care of patients with cervicitis is better than that of routine nursing,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
