摘　　要：针对低速永磁同步电机直驱型矿井提升机体积大、成本高、电机运输困难、难以大范围推广等缺点,我们研发了一种永磁同步减速电机直驱型矿井提升机。永磁同步减速电机具有低速永磁同步电机直驱型矿井提升机效率高、节能效果明显、启动转矩大等几乎所有的优点,同时又具有铜损更低、调速范围宽、投资成本低等独有优势,使用户现场使用得以验证。In response to the drawbacks of large volume,high cost,difficult motor transportation,and difficulty in large-scale promotion of low-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive mine hoists,we have developed a permanent magnet synchronous reduction motor direct drive mine hoist.The permanent magnet synchronous reduction motor has almost all the advantages of a low-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive mine hoist,such as high efficiency,obvious energy-saving effect,and large starting torque.At the same time,it also has unique advantages such as lower copper loss,wide speed range,and low investment cost,which have been verified by user on-site use.
