摘  要:此次研究了连续刚构桥面铺装结构层间黏结性能的影响因素。首先,介绍了连续刚构桥的定义与特点,以及桥面铺装结构的组成与功能。随后,探讨了连续刚构桥面铺装结构的类型及应用。接着,详细分析了材料性质对层间黏结性能的影响,包括黏结材料类型与性能、混凝土性能和界面处理技术。同时,讨论了结构设计对层间黏结性能的影响,包括铺装层数与厚度的设计、桥面坡度的设计以及伸缩缝与连接件的设计。此外,还分析了施工工艺对层间黏结性能的影响,包括施工方法及工艺流程、施工环境与温度控制,以及质量控制与检测方法。最后,针对影响因素进行了进一步的分析,包括集料类型、级配类型和涂抹量对层间黏结性能的影响。通过对这些因素的研究,可以提供有效的指导和建议,以提高连续刚构桥面铺装结构的层间黏结性能。This study investigated the influencing factors on the interlayer bonding performance of continuous rigid frame bridge deck pavement structure.Firstly,the definition and characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridges were introduced,as well as the composition and functions of bridge deck pavement structures.Then,the types and applications of continuous rigid frame bridge deck pavement structures were explored.Subsequently,a detailed analysis was conducted on the impact of material properties on interlayer bonding performance,including the type and performance of bonding materials,concrete properties,and interface treatment techniques.At the same time,the impact of structural design on interlayer bonding performance was discussed,including the design of the number and thickness of pavement layers,the design of bridge deck slope,and the design of expansion joints and connectors.In addition,the impact of construction techniques on interlayer bonding performance was analyzed,including construction methods and processes,construction environment and temperature control,as well as quality control and testing methods.Finally,further analysis was conducted on the influencing factors,including the influence of aggregate type,grading type,and application amount on the interlayer bonding performance.By studying these factors,effective guidance and suggestions can be provided to improve the interlayer bonding performance of continuous rigid frame bridge deck pavement structures.
