小金丸联合祛瘀化痰消症汤治疗乳腺增生痰瘀互结证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究小金丸联合祛瘀化痰消症汤治疗痰瘀互结型乳腺增生的疗效。方法:选择2020年7月—2022年7月于我院就诊的76例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例),两组均予以他莫昔芬片治疗,对照组加小金丸治疗,观察组加小金丸联合祛瘀化痰消症汤治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组的中医证候评分、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、乳房血流阻力指数、最小血流速度、最大血流速度、疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组主证、次证积分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组PRL、E2均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组P均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血流阻力指数均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组最小血流速度、最大血流速度均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小金丸联合祛瘀化痰消症汤治疗痰瘀互结型乳腺增生,可有效调节患者的性激素水平,改善中医症状,调节乳房血流动力学,疗效优越且安全性良好。Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiaojin pill combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods 76 patients with breast hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the observation group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases).Both groups were treated with tamoxifen tablets,the control group with Xiaojin pills,and the observation group with Xiaojin pills combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng Decoction.After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P),breast blood flow resistance index,minimum blood flow velocity,maximum blood flow velocity,curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the main and secondary syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);PRL and E2 in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);P in both groups was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The blood flow resistance index of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The minimum blood flow velocity and maximum blood flow velocity of the two groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin pill combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng decoction can effectively regulate the sex hormone level of patients,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and regulate breast hemodynamics,with superior efficacy and good safety.
